Extractions is an insightful sound installation that forms an integral part of the larger artistic-research archival project known as Bureau of Transitioning Landscapes. This project seeks to delve into the transformation and exploitation of landscapes and habitats, with the aim of highlighting the intricate and dynamic relationship between nature and culture. The installation presents a blend of sounds, ranging from nature, cityscapes, and industrial noise, that create a captivating auditory experience, taking the listener on a journey through changing environments. This immersive experience highlights the multifaceted and occasionally problematic interactions between humans and the environment.
